MVP Disclaimer

CrossSpend is a minimum viable product (MVP) and is not production-grade software. It is provided "as-is" for demonstration and testing purposes. Do not use this service with funds you cannot afford to lose.

No Guarantee of Delivery

While CrossSpend is designed to reliably transfer USDC between Ethereum and Solana or Polygon, we make no guarantee regarding delivery times, completion, or final amounts. Cross-chain transfers depend on multiple external systems including blockchain networks and Circle's CCTP infrastructure.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of destination addresses. Transfers to incorrect addresses may result in permanent loss of funds. CrossSpend cannot reverse, cancel, or recover transfers once they have been submitted to the blockchain.

Fee Disclosure

CrossSpend charges a platform fee of 0.30% (30 basis points) on each transfer, with a minimum of $0.50 and a maximum of $50.00. An additional gas sponsorship fee of approximately 0.10% (10 basis points) is charged to cover blockchain gas costs on both chains. All fees are displayed transparently in the quote before you confirm a transfer.

Transfer Limits

Transfers are limited to a minimum of 1 USDC and a maximum of 10,000 USDC per transaction. These limits may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.

Gas Sponsorship

CrossSpend sponsors gas fees on Ethereum and on the destination chain (Solana or Polygon) to enable gasless transfers. This sponsorship is provided on a best-effort basis and may be suspended or modified at any time. The cost of gas sponsorship is included in the fees shown in your quote.

Third-Party Dependencies

CrossSpend relies on third-party infrastructure including Ethereum, Solana, and Polygon blockchain networks, Circle's CCTP protocol, and various RPC providers. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or failures in these external systems.

Data & Privacy

CrossSpend records transaction data including wallet addresses, transfer amounts, and transaction hashes for operational purposes. We do not collect personal information beyond what is inherently public on blockchain networks.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrossSpend and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of CrossSpend after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
